Discovered a small leak on Thursday and it was inspected the next day and fixed within the week. A separate quote said we would need scaffolding and a full replacement, while Mateusz went up a ladder and sorted it himself. Reasonable price and he even sorted a roof inspection for my insurance while up there.

Send us your postcode and we will tell you straight away whether we cover you, rather than booking a visit and cancelling later.
Nothing. Every survey is free and carries no obligation, including a drone survey where the roof is too steep, too tall or too fragile to walk on safely. You get a written report with photographs of what we actually found and an itemised price, normally within two to three working days. The one exception is a standalone condition report commissioned for a purchase or a dispute where no works follow, which is priced separately and agreed with you before we come out.
That depends on whether water is coming into the building. Active water ingress comes ahead of planned work in the diary, which is why we ask you to phone rather than email if your roof is leaking right now. For everything else we come back to you within one working day and book the survey around your access and working hours. Weather moves roofing dates more than anything else does, and when it moves one of ours we tell you rather than leaving you waiting in.
Two things: a certification most London roofers do not hold, and one team from survey to sign-off. K & M Roofing Solutions is a certified applicator of HYDRONYLON, a liquid-applied waterproofing system certified to ETA-23/0735, and that approval is what allows a separate 10-year product guarantee from HYDRONYLON LTD to be issued on your roof alongside our own. The rest is ordinary and rarer than it should be: we survey before we quote, we itemise the price, and we say when a repair will do instead of the replacement someone else quoted.
Every job carries a 10-year workmanship guarantee from K & M Roofing Solutions, issued in writing when the work is signed off. Flat roofs finished with HYDRONYLON also carry a separate 10-year product guarantee issued by HYDRONYLON LTD, which covers the system itself rather than our installation. The two are independent of each other, so the product guarantee stands whatever happens to the installer. We do not make durability claims beyond those terms.
Yes, and it is a large part of what we do across South and West London. We carry public liability insurance of 5 million pounds and employers liability insurance of 10 million pounds, and the certificates go to your office before we come to site rather than when someone asks for them. A site-specific risk assessment and method statement pack is prepared where the building requires one, and every visit produces dated photographs and a written note that can go straight into the building file or a service charge account.
